1. Any sequin material will be added RM3 including with the price given

2. Transport charge is as follows:

• For areas which are 5km radius WITHIN our outlets, Pick-up and Delivery charge is
  COMPLIMENTARY. However, for condos and hotels surrounding Kuala Lumpur City
  Centre area, a flat rate of RM20.00 is charged for Pick Up & Delivery service;
• For areas between 5km-30km radius from any of our outlets:
  - transport charge of RM20.00 (return trip) apply for bills which are less than RM100.00;
  - transport charge of RM15.00 (return trip) apply for bills amounting to RM100.00-RM200.00;
  - Complimentary transport charge applies for bills above RM200.00;
• For areas which are more than 30km from any of our outlets, transport charge will be
  based discretionarily.

4. Payments are required either Cash on Delivery (COD) and/or by advance payments into our accounts and/or vide online direct transfer and/or cheques. All cheques are to be cleared into our account prior to delivery date and should be crossed and make payable to as follows:
